Via Cibo

Via Cibo is devoted to the passion and quality of Italy – where great food surrounds you and requires no reservations. Serving up dishes such as the Italian Piadina, a staple of Italian Street Food in Italy, a flatbread originating from the Emilia-Romagna region, for centuries it has been made from simple, fresh, wholesome ingredients. The dough consists of 100% artisan durum wheat flour, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, mediterranean sea salt and spring water. The soft dough is gently kneaded and carefully baked to perfection then generously filled with fresh, local ingredients. The result is an authentic Italian taste experience that is unique and undeniably delicious.

Other menu items include traditional Pasta, Pizza cooked in a stone baked oven imported from Italy, Salads and more. Gluten free and vegan options are also available. Paying tribute to slow cooking and creating recipes from scratch with the use of fresh, local ingredients, Via Cibo makes the most refined products affordable and takes a firm “food first” stance.

With family at the heart of every Italian kitchen, the menu at Via Cibo has a dish for all to enjoy, one that is inspired by real food and togetherness at affordable prices. Brunch is available on weekends from 10am– 3pm and Weekly Specials run from Sunday to Wednesday.
