15 years ago, a man named Julio left his home in Mexico and he came to Canada. Although he was a lawyer there, he had a passion for preparing food. A few years ago, he met some great people that allowed him to Start up his own business. They wanted to create a Mexican restaurant with fresh, healthy food and with authentic flavors. Julio wanted to prepare real Mexican food and he began experimenting with different recipes of his own, and Café Verde was born.
