Lethbridge Folk Club presents The Lovebullies

Lovebullies, opening with Veronica Raine

The Lovebullies lineup of Paul Jahn, Joni Brent, Chantal Vitalis, Andrea Revel and Caroline Connolly have been playing together for the better part of two decades. Their vintage-pop-rock vibe, combined with a high-octane, visually dynamic stage show, makes them favourites in Calgary’s music scene.

They have entertained crowds at Calgary Folk Music Festival, Juno Fest, Tour of Alberta, South Country Fair, Steamboat, Chinook Blast, East Town Get Down, East Coulee Music Festival, Women’s March, AMPIA Awards, Calgary’s White Hat Awards, CFMF at Pride drive-in, Calgary Folk Festival’s Block Heater and many other great events.

Opening is Veronica Raine. Her eclectic style reflects her diverse influences, from the introspective grit of Eddie Vedder’s grunge to the lyrical sophistication of Joni Mitchell’s folk, all filtered through the lens of her lived experience. From writing poetry as a child to composing her first songs as a teenager, Veronica’s work has always been intimately personal. Her lyrics explore themes of resilience, self-discovery, and the emotional nuances of human connection.
