May 19th Cuban Night
Transport your taste buds to Havana in this hands-on cooking class!
You’ll learn how to prepare traditional Cuban specialties such as ropa vieja, a popular beef and vegetable stew. Start by creating tostones, fried green plantains served with a tangy garlic dipping sauce.
Next, craft savory ropa vieja served with Cuban-style rice, before trying your hand at creating a traditional dessert: fruity cream cheese pastries filled with mashed guava.
