The dough consists of 100% artisan durum wheat flour, cold-pressed extra-virgin olive oil, mediterranean sea salt and spring water. The soft dough is gently kneaded and carefully baked to perfection then generously filled with fresh, local ingredients. The result is an authentic Italian taste experience that is unique and undeniably delicious.
Other menu items include traditional Pasta, Pizza cooked in a stone baked oven imported from Italy, Salads and more. Gluten free and vegan options are also available.
